Favouring the increase of turnover, market shares and margins, developing the productivity and expertise of the sales teams are tasks that form a part of their daily life.
The Commercial Director develops the sales targets in the form of dashboards. They forecast the figures to be achieved in existing markets or conquer new markets.

They manage, supervise and stimulate sales teams, controlling their sales performance. This is how the Commercial Director organises cohesion and fitness sessions for all sales people in an idyllic setting.

Salary range

The gross annual salary of a Commercial Director can vary from €70,000 to €150,000.
