It is based on the principle of alternating theoretical training at the apprentice training center with on-the-job training at the employer&#8217;s premises. This contract entitles the apprentice to the same rights as company employees. The aim is to obtain a diploma or qualification registered on the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certification), i.e. recognized by the state.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How long is an apprenticeship contract?<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is a fixed-term contract lasting from 6 to 24 months (with the possibility of extension in certain special cases). The duration of the training is fixed by an agreement between the apprentice training center (CMH campus), the employer and the apprentice, and may be equal to or less than that of the training cycle, depending on the initial level of skills. For example, 3 days at the training center and 2 days at the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can benefit?<\/strong><br \/>\nYoung people aged 16 to under 29.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much does it pay?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Apprentices receive a minimum wage corresponding to a percentage of the SMIC, depending on their age and the number of years of apprenticeship, i.e. between 27% and 100% of the SMIC. These amounts may be increased if the company has a collective bargaining agreement. These amounts may be increased if the company has a collective bargaining agreement. For a training course to be eligible for the CPF, it must be recognized by the State and registered on the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certification).<strong>How long does the CPF scheme last? <\/strong><br \/>\nThe duration depends on the number of hours available on the Personal Training Account. The CPF is automatically topped up at the beginning of the year following the year worked (i.e. rights acquired in 2019 will be available in the 1st quarter of 2020). Rights remain acquired even in the event of a change of employer or job loss.\u00a0<strong>Who can benefit?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Employees under private law employment contracts, jobseekers eligible for our training courses and the self-employed.
