Reporting to the hotel’s General Management, the Sales & Marketing Director oversees all sales and marketing activities for the property. They may also oversee external communications and press and media relations. <\/span><\/p>\n

Several years of operational experience is a significant asset for this position.<\/span><\/p>\n

Their main responsibilities are: <\/span><\/p>\n

– Define the hotel’s sales strategy in collaboration with General Management and implement it, <\/span><\/p>\n

– Define the pricing policy, in agreement with the Revenue Manager, <\/span><\/p>\n

– Define the operational marketing plan and communication strategies, <\/span><\/p>\n

– Establish sales objectives and forecasts, and develop budgets, <\/span><\/p>\n

– Supervise the teams responsible for implementing the sales policy, <\/span><\/p>\n

– Represent the hotel at major events (trade fairs, networking events, etc.), <\/span><\/p>\n

– Participate in high-level sales negotiations, oversee commercial partnerships, and directly monitor key accounts<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
