ACQUISITION OF 300 ECTS (EUROPEAN CREDIT TRANSFER SYSTEM)

The Manager of a Luxury Establishment in the Hospitality Sector performs the duties of a general manager possessing the skills specific to luxury business management. They are therefore responsible for the running of the establishment, in terms of its operation and operational management, as well as its short and medium-term development. They report to the Group CEO or owner on the action taken and results achieved, from a financial standpoint in particular.

They perform the following duties:

Administrative and financial management of the establishment

Development of the establishment and management of investments

Designing a quality environment and guaranteeing customer satisfaction

Directing the various stages of the hospitality project

Management of the various departments or services, managers and teams

Relationship management and representation of the establishment at professional events

Analysis of the market and competition

Entry requirements

Bac or equivalent level.

Parallel admission in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th year after validation of the number of ECTS credits acquired and compulsory 2-week refresher course.

Year 1: 478 h

Year 2: 488 h

Year 3: 548 h

Year 4: 479 h

Year 5: 476 h

Terms of admission

Admission by competitive exam.

You will receive the results of the competitive exam within 72 hours.

After that, our teams will assist you with the registration procedure.

Once your registration is validated, you will become a CMH student for the academic year 2021-2022.

Assessment methods

Our students are evaluated throughout the academic season by continuous assessment (homework, case studies, practical workshops, group projects, workplace simulation, role-playing, vivas).

A research dissertation will be written and presented at a viva before a jury at the end of the academic programme.
