The European Bachelor in Hotel & Tourism Management program offers a complete immersion into the demanding and refined world of international hospitality and high-end tourism.
Through instruction provided by professionals with expertise in luxury hospitality and exceptional tourism, students acquire a thorough understanding of the hospitality ecosystem while mastering its codes, requirements, and specificities.
Training Objectives:

Understand the dynamics and changes in the luxury hotel sector

Learn about the key functions of hotel management and understand the cross-functional functioning of hotel establishments and groups

Deploy marketing and sales actions

Master all the levers of customer experience in luxury hotels

Master the codes of luxury, service and relational excellence
And at the end of the 3rd year, students be able to:

Design tourism and travel products aligned with market expectations

Produce tourism and travel products by purchasing and assembling the different components of the offer

Optimize the marketing of tourism and travel products journey

Diploma and certification
Diplôme :

Each academic year aims for 60 ECTS credits.

The 3rd year of the Bachelor aims for CMH establishment diploma “European Bachelor in Hotel & Tourism Management” (180 ECTS credits), awarded by ACE EDUCATION.
Certification :
-
The Bachelor’s degree allows you to prepare for a level 6 professional certification registered with the RNCP.
Prerequisites
-
1st year: hold a French Baccalaureate or a level 4 qualification equivalent
-
2nd year: hold a French Baccalaureate or a level 4 qualification equivalent and have validated 60 ECTS credits at the end of a 1st year of higher education in the field of tourism, hotel and catering or foreign languages
-
3rd year: hold a French Baccalaureate +2 diploma or a title of equivalent level 5 in the field of tourism, hotel and catering or foreign languages or have validated 120 ECTS credits at the end of 2 years of higher education in the field of tourism, hotel and catering or foreign languages.
Exemption possible upon decision of the admissions jury.
For holders of a foreign diploma, official ENIC-NARIC recognition of equivalence will be required.
Mandatory upgrade for any parallel admission.

Duration
The programme runs over three academic years at one of our campuses in France
Assessment methods
Students are assessed throughout the academic year through continuous assessment (written assignments, case studies, projects, presentations, etc.) and exam sessions.
In the third year of the Bachelor’s degree, the institutional diploma is validated by obtaining 180 ECTS credits throughout the course. Obtaining the RNCP level 6 professional certification is conditional upon validation of the skill sets that comprise it (dedicated certification tests).
Further studies
Upon completion of the diploma, the Bachelor’s degree allows immediate entry into professional life or the opportunity to continue on to a higher CMH cycle: MBA International Hospitality and Luxury Brand Management ou MBA International Hospitality and Luxury Event Management.
