  • Fundamental academic curriculum

Because CMH is first and foremost a management school, the courses aim to acquire the fundamental knowledge of management. This knowledge base is then applied and adapted to the very specific world of the hotel industry.

  • Acquiring soft skills

Soft skills are one of the keys to employability, which is why they are an integral part of our teaching. Right from the start of their training, we require our students to adopt the attitudes and behaviours required in the workplace.

  • Managing a career plan

We promote career management through our Career Centres on our Paris and London campuses.

THE ACADEMIC & ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM

Our team consists of several departments dedicated to our students’ needs:

  • The Academic Department, which designs and assesses programs
  • The Career Center, which assists you with all career-related procedures (internships, CVs, cover letters) and monitors your progress throughout your studies.
  • The Administrative Department, which deals with your schedule and specialization choices, as well as everyday questions about your training.
  • The Admissions Department, which guides you with your choice of training according to your career plan.

Through the Career Center, the CMH develops links with companies and assists students in their search for an internship or a professional development contract.

The Career Center offers:

  • A skills guide
  • Vacancies for internships, professional assignments and jobs.
  • Tools and techniques for finding internships and jobs, in French and English
  • Introductions to companies that are hiring
  • Support for writing a CV and covering letter
  • Filming a video CV
  • Interview techniques
  • Individual interviews to give advice, define and target the career plan
  • Career development seminars that aim to help participants better position themselves, particularly in terms of their personal and professional objectives
