Fairs, exhibitions, conferences, business tourism, official openings… the opportunities to organise an event are numerous for the Branch Manager. Design, preparation, material organisation, logistics, they offer a full service to their customers with the assistance of their teams.

The keys to success at this job

The Branch Manager carries out various tasks depending on the size of their branch and the job sector. The larger the branch, the greater their role as manager and strategist. In a small organisation, the Events Branch Manager can take on the responsibilities of Director of Customer Service (carrying out communication, advertising, marketing campaigns) or Director of Production for the event (from the preparation to the delivery of service and budget management) or Technical Director in the business tourism sector (technical organisation of services and events to ensure their smooth running and safety). They also oversee the recruitment of their future employees.

Prospects

After a few years, the Branch Manager may decide to create their own branch or progress to a position of General Manager within a larger branch.

Salary range

An experienced Branch Manager earns a gross monthly salary of between €6,000 and €15,000, depending on the size of the branch and their level of responsibility.
